Monster HDMI is Bullshit, HDMI is digital, it's all 1's and 0"s, you either get a HD signal or you don't, so don't be STUPID and increase the Retailers profit margin by spending $100-300 on Monster Rip OFF's, go to XS cargo and get a 6 ft HDMI for $6.99 and save your money for other things such as a blue ray player. How do I know this?, I Install TV's and sell HDTV's and I have a media Degree, believe me it's a BIG SCAM!!!LOL.

its just a hdmi 1.4 it should have the ability to provide ethernet to all the devices that are connected with hdmi. as well as an Audio Return Channel (ARC). also i think the M1000 is rated at 17.5Gbps. and i think the average hdtv uses .250Gbps
