This is a great studio too, I went for several months. Great instructors and nice atmosphere. This video is excellent. Karen Russell the owner and speaker on this video and main instructor at the studio and in this video actually has the body and movements that one would expect when going to a professional yoga studio, sometimes I find others that are not like that She really does live and breathe it. Nice job Karen!!!!!!
this is the BEST yoga video i have ever seen! so well done and informative. there is a meditation, a full flow workout, a full pose menu and a special yoga groove dance section all with original music in one two-disc set. such a fun and beautiful way to stay fit!
