I've watched this episode for years because it's one of the few that I own. I know this song is a little cheesy, but for some reason I always have to hear it. I think it's because Rei is singing it (and not sining it if I may add)

@heavenlysamuraigirl no japanese version and lyrics are better then the english dub asthe japanese hasnt cut any words and the japanese version is more emotional then the english version

@martoksneghvar Thats subjective, and also hangs on the person hearing the song actually knowing Japanese, which some of us do know, but many people dont.
