This software does NOT work on most mobile phones. My samsung omnia i900 does not support it and so does a friend's HTC. I wish skype releases a video-chat supporting version sooooooooon!!!!!

Are you using the last version?
On VZOmobile website there are a lot of positive feedbacks for this phone and HTC also. The front camera is not supported on Samsung device though.
