I watched the film last night at the early screening on filmsi.co.cc. The best way I can describe the movie is "fun". It is directed more for adults, but doesn't go so dark to exclude children. It has humor, but doesn't make the character a clown.

This musical was even bigger than the first two! One of my favorites and it STILL gives me butterflies, thinking that now...I'm right where Troy and Gabriella are in this movie. Senior year, moving on into the big world. This movie is forever in my heart.

I loved this movie. It isn't too babyish. Older kids can relate to it, cause it's all about making choices about the future

@xColourfulSkiesx Exactly! I've been told over my four years of high school that I was stupid to be a fan of such of "childish" musical. But it really does relate and make sense. Especially now, for me. I'm a senior in high school and moving away to college, leaving my friends behind.

@edwardisnotreal true the disney classics were great but I love High school musical too

but Disney has always made live action films (mary poppins, pirates of the Caribbean, honey i shrunk the kids etc.)

not EVERY walt disney pictures film is animated (everyone should see the list of every disney feature film) idk why people see this any different but I guess cause it based of Disney Channel along with Hannah montana the movie
