No, the characters in Tsubasa are based on the CCS characters, with noticable differences. Syaoran is the only one to have ties due to his being the son of CCS Sakura and Li. Syaoran isn't even his name, though, he doesn't remember his past, and it's becos of him that Princess Sakura forgets hers, so that's why he becomes her guard to protect her and so he can be close to her. Princess Sakura is an entirely new character, but shares the name of her CCS counterpart. That's all.

No, we don't actually know what his real name is until sometime towards the end, at least I think so, but he's just borrowing his dad's name.

And the anime is Tsubasa Chronicles but as for the episode, I don't know. Wiki might have a listing.

It's this New CLAMP anime called Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle but in short Tsubasa Chronicles there are 52 epis right now but 1st and 2nd only the others are waiting for the 3rd season which will be out on April this year

Yeah Sakura and Syaoran do have a grown up series ( their teens ) it's in Tsubasa Chronicles but Sakura and Syaoran are no longer Cardcaptors

No, they characters look the same and their personalities are the same but Tsubasa Chronicles takes place in a whole different place with a whole different story, CLAMP just puts in the same characters in different stories "to tie their works together"
