Peter Eastgate win the same way Jonathan Duhamel win, play very tight, only play really nice hands, and play smarter... If you look to Joe Cada, you will see a "little" bit of gambling! (I'm not say Joe is bad.) However, my favourite play of the last WSOP is Joseph Cheong, really aggressive and smart player, love it!

montys move with A4 was not a bad move at all. Granted, he got very lucky to river his 2 outer, but he sized up the guys stack, knowing that the guy had a left a fair bit behind him in case his jack wasnt good there. the guy made a very ballsy and phenomenal call.. and got hugely unlucky. The reason it took the guy so long 2 make the call is tht monty sensed weakness (top pair average kicker) and made his move. If Tiffany Michlle hadnt called the clock on the guy I doubt he woudve made the call.

I haven't watched the final table in a long time, but there was some bad poker at that table.  I know they are not showing all the hands, but so many players can't seem to be able to lay down a hand. All they seem to think about is outplay the other players.

Montgomery was the worst and Phillips showed even poorer judgment than I remembered.

That's montgomery's game. He's an all-in player. Also, it seems like Demidov was raising people a lot, and Montgomery might have thought his range was large. The only cards that Demidov would probably call with there are AA or KK.

If Phillips had done the same thing against Demidov earlier, it's likely that Phillips would have been the biggest stack.
