TThe song in the background is Spinning by the great English band Loop, from their album, The World in Your Eyes (1987, reissued in 91; possibly reissued late last year or this year but couldnt find it on Amazon).

Loop is one of the most overlooked bands of the post-punk era. Noise-drone music at its best. John Peel was a fan of theirs and they appeared on his radio program, from which theres an album, Wolf Flow (91). Check out all of their CDs, they were amazing.
