yeah Ive had this happen to me before it when your hard drive or what ever platform you got collides together with the disk mostly because it overheats i hate it when this happens..but its sooo so funny lulz
This is a common collision error when a comp overheats! ive had it happen on hl2 lost coast with parts of the helicopter at end propelling me in the air
