p.s. I'm a northern shaolin practitioner under Sifu Henry Gong since like 1998 maybe 99 and I've been learning this under Sifu Yu Gao Shun for about 7-8 months thx again

That's incredable. I would love to be able to talk with you about your experiences. I have had the priveledge of meeting Chen Zhenglei and attending a couple of his seminars in the U.S. (San Antonio). I also spent a week in Seattle for a seminar with Chen Xiaowang. I am still a beginner but I am so thirsty for knowledge.
