It is a truly rare gift to be able to evoke emotion with sound. I think you have it. It is more than playing musically or phrasing harmonically. It can't be taught. It is a matter of understanding the moods the composer evokes in sound and recreating them. Whether it is there or not may be completely subjective but I feel that I know it when I hear it. When a player can do this, it is evidence that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Keep up the good work!
