I kinda loved it when I thought SA-X was tracking me, even if I was scared out of my mind. After all, I've been sure that I could take on SA-X before and have been proved DEAD wrong. Though I did sense the whole conspiracy thing behind this. I mean after all why withhold upgrades with something like SA-X around? Not to mention the X have probably copied other dangerous organisms so Samus needs all the help she can get.

Adam says the SA-X is tracking Samus, but wouldn't it have been more interesting and challenging if you really WERE being tracked? That is, if the SA-X came after you, regardless of where you were, if you stuck around an area for WAY longer than necessary?

@GeminiLaser Yes, and that would be more realistic, seeing as there are allegedly multiple SA-X on the space ship...but that would be really hard to program.

But, see, why bring it up if they're not going to do anything about it? I get that it might be hard to program, but it made me disappointed that it never became relevant.

@GeminiLaser Well, as we learn in the next video, the SA-X is definitely tracking something, but it's not Samus. I get the feeling Adam was just making up an excuse to get Samus to leave as quickly as possible, because she is too close to the truth.

Also, it's more dramatic when you think Samus is being hunted.
