You really should mention that these special stages are used in Sonic Generations too. Different music though. They brought back everything though. The same ball noises, the same yellow star balls, and I think they added these new bright balls that rotate and give you a cuntload of boost. Lots of people go to you for info, so you should share that.

Shadows back... after hardly being absent. I love Shadow, he's one of my favourite characters. But anyway, the down side of doing the level as Team Rose is, sure the level is easier, but Amy IS slower than, well, every other speed character.

I remember in the past, I tried getting all the chaos emeralds with Team Rose (I didn't realize they were REQUIRED), and got them all EXCEPT the last one. Then I tried with Team Hero/Dark (I don't remember which) and got it in one try.

Sonic heroes was my first sonic game so it has a special place in my heart but it is flawed like any other game I like the idea of not a lot of story and the game play feels like sonic adventure I don't like the level system though. and mainly all though people hate the idea of health bars I personaly don't mind as it shows that these robots are stronger than you and I like that

I get the "Saturday Morning Cartoon" feel they were going for and think it could've been done right, but it feels like they did it wrong.

@Woodenfan Last I check you get the hard mode or super hard mode, whichever.

It's basically the entire game as Team Sonic, only the layouts of the stages have changed, more obnoxious enemy placements, no bosses and if you lose all lives you start back from the very beginning which is Seaside Hill.

You get no reward beating the mode other than bragging rights which isn't really much.
