The presentation is such it feels like your sitting about a life nourishing fire in some British pub having a convivial chat with a scholarly friend intent on imparting knowledge with Love, with compassion.
@tiatdivad That would be arguement, and you have granted jurisdiction. Then he will goto work on you. They use a language that we don't understand and of course you wll be at his or her mercy.
in a commercial court just ask the judge if he has sworn in on his oath and then ask to see it...... as he is there on a commercial basis he wont be sworn in on his oath, eventually he will abandon the court and you will be able to claim the highest authority in the court and dismiss the case
Does any of this apply to a person ACCUSED of a violation of probation??
Somebody who isnt me was railroaded into a false arrest by incriminating himself. He had to choose between staking his life against a possible 6 year prison sentence against an agent of the state or an easy probation. Later matters made this impossible. Question, where is his standing NOW in ther eyes of REAL law?
It's starting to make some sense to me. If nobody in the court actually signed the constitution, nobody can be a party to it. A pledge is less than an oath and an oath is less than a signature.
wow. This rabbit hole is freakin deEEP!.

well then why dont you? stop representing the name that pays taxes toward thier chess game, in a sence, i know one thing, names are bullshit too, cause in ALLL REALITY your just an entity
Whenever a pirate pulls me over for "speeding", he says "Is there any reason you were driving over the speed limit?". Clearly, a provocation to enter into controversy with him. Had I known, I would have said, "why do you accuse me of speeding?" Next time, I'll know better.
how would the court prove jurisdiction? lets say you broke common aw by punching someone, how then would it prove jurisdiction? to have jurisdiction does the court have to prove it is actingunder common law jurisdiction and provide a victim ect?

There is a very serious question I have here, a very serious question.
You claimed that we have to obey these pretend laws, because we accidentally agree to do so from being trapped into them.
But...
It is pretend, so why can't I just say "fuck you" to every legal proceeding that every commenced; none of it is real and there is are no consequences.
My agreement that it is real is invalidated by the pretend systems. Therefore, I can do what the hell I like!
I don't get it.

..true, God told us through Paul:
All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
...for where no law is, there is no transgression.
