This is how i raise my energy consciously. Imagine a light as intense as you like in your heart centre. at first you feel nothing as this might be your bodies first experience and does not know how to respond, but it will begin to produce the experience of a tingling sensation. Once you have this, stay with it for as long as you wish but keep the mind pictured on a light. your energy is now rising. use emotinally stimulating (goosebumps) music if you like, this will further intensify the[cont]

true. but if i ask you to imagine sucking a lemon, instantly your mouth begins to water. why? because the body does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagination. your heart center is the key, which is love. love is the key to the door to your real self. with practice of this technique, i can now raise my energy at will, sense others energy, give others energy and that's just for starters
