yes he is tariq aziz. he did couple of films, ie 'katari' with zumurad (titile) and then many films, he appeared in. he produced 'kala suraj' whichh was released by the name 'sajan rang rangeela' and was a super flop....tv programs helped him to stand back.

of course it is ''zindagi' its my mistake as i had songs from both films and i must have put wrong...thaks for pointing out. i dont have vcd but years back a vhs was released and i still got it, i am not into video (may be dont have enough time to watch now) but audio. i am a big fan of master abdullah (if you know him) and its one of his most famous songs...another song from this film is 'bachpan chala geya' by noor and chorus...for your information dear friend

I also love another song from this film,sung by Mehdi Hasan, and I still consder it the saddest song I have heard. 'Kuch aansoo kuch aanhein le kar, pyar ka mahal banaya mein ne...' would love to hear that too. Thanks Jimmy.

The correct name of the film is 'Zindagi' and not Dastan. Even if it is written 'Dastan' on the vcd cover, it is wrong.
