also a quick question. which one to get one first?! machinedrum or monomachine. i know they are very different and the best is to pair them like you do. but to start off which one is more fun?! i'm sure both are fun!! i read that the monomachine has some drum kits.does it have enough to lay down fun tracks?! and can the machinedrum play back some synth parts, maybe if sampled?! would be really good to have your advice!
@lenskapvdo If I were you, I'd get a Machinedrum first because it's probably the best drum machine ever made if you're into electronic music. The Monomachine is cool as well but honestly I think you'd be better off getting a MD first... they're both quite expensive.

I'm putting together an idea at the moment that will hopefully end up something along the lines of a poor man's Machinedrum + Monomachine.. Ugly and not so compact, but should be similar in terms of capabilitty...

Hi jonny, I would definitely recommend getting it, although 1100 US seems a bit steep (is it a used machine? I got mine used for 700 EUR). BUt beware that these are quite deep machines, it will definitely take some time to explore and to practice with them :)

the small white box is the midi command, a midi controller i designed that can directly control the machinedrum effects.
