This is one of the greatest classic seventies hits of all time!!! David Geddes was a great singer and this song was incredibly powerful for its time because it focused on teenage pregnancy and tragedy which was an extremely serious matter back in those days. By today's standards teenage pregnancy is nothing unusual because it happens all the time now. Run Joey Run is a certified classic one hit wonder and I absolutely cherish this song very much!!!

In Glee's defense, like so many shows geared towards the younger audiences, they are introducing long lost classics to a whole new audience, in music, film, design, fashion, ect..This is one e.g. of so many situations..Laastly the young lady that everyone says cant sing in this song is actually the daughter of this songs writer Paul Vance..Which could explain how she was ALLOWED to sing/record her vocals without singing chops, lol

Realistically Glee was way better? I'm 21 years old, hardly what you would call "old". How in the world could you say the "graphics are horrible" when this was made in the 70's?!?! Before there were even computers. Also, back then, you didn't have to have the greatest voice to be a musician, you had to be talented.
