Would you recommend these for a runner that lands on the forefoot? I noticed you said (and showed) the shoes were wearing away at the ball of the foot--is that because you land on the ball of your foot? Thanks, this video is very helpful.
@alexmention I think forefoot runners could certainly wear these shoes and feel quite at ease. It's hard to say for certain, since that isn't my running style, but I don't see why these wouldn't accommodate your type of stride.
@m69k5 I haven't run in the 3s, so I can't comment about that. But you could certainly use these every day. As for other sports, I'd probably advise against that, only because the Free Runs just don't have ankle support.
would you recommend these shoes for a wide foot?i recently bought the reebok real flex or w/e they are called and my feet were way to wide for them and my feet were aching very badly.btw i want these shoes for everyday wear, overall comfort.
David, I enjoyed all your videos about these shoes. I've just ordered a pair and was really nervous whether I'd made the right decision. I like you have slightly wider feet, so was concerned about fit etc. I've also gone up a half size. And I'm just about to start training for my first HM, thats how relevant your comments were. Thanks a lot for your quality clear reviews. Brilliant. :-)
I love your voice.

@MrGotemcoach My feet are wide as well, but I had to go up a size in order for this shoe to accommodate them. So, I'd recommend doing the same.

How is their wheater resistance? Are they only good weather shoes or also usable when it rains or snows?
thelittlefreak 1 month ago
@thelittlefreak I ran in some pretty heavy rain falls, and the shoes held up really well!

Do you think airmax would last longer?
I don't run every day. I do P90X and Insanity. But on days involving Cardiovascular, I would run. That's like 3-4 days a week

hey! dyou think switching to these from a more supported shoe is dooable without causing my feet too much stress?
i've had the same New Balance ones for YEARS, which are pretty light but do have a fairly sturdy heal support
(they're being retired since i recently started doing 6mile-ish distances frequently)
