I worked at Loweel CI, and no they get to raise them they don't get free time to ride and have a good time, and these program is only for the model prisoners
my son is at marion correctional, in lowell florida,(.ocala) at age 18, still a kid, sentenced to ten years for pawning stolen jewelry (hangin with punks, he did their dirty work) anyway, he is in a wastewayer treatment program there, i never saw any horse stuff there.
