All right, I'm writing this just before I take my first bite of this masterpiece. The only difference is that I was out of Capers for the sauce, and I soft boiled my eggs just slightly, so I turned them right side up and put the sauce directly over the Yolk. Plenty of Anchovies though, naturally!

Capers are the bud of some small flower. I didn't research this but they're soft, sort of a tear drop shape and packed in a salty brine. They're good!
