no its not.. i know how to create to tone using sine waves. there are numerous waves, each decending in pitch by 1 octive. each wave descends from one note down to the next, all except the highest and lowest frequencies.. this is made up for by simply gradually lowering the volume of the highest down to zero, while at the same time raising the volume of the lowest from zero so that any repetition in the pitching is masked.. this is used is nearly all house songs :) except its endlessly rising

this one is alot less obvious than the others i've heard, so it actually sounds more like one continuously descending tone, but it doesn't have the disurbing quality that i've started to love in the others
If you skip around on the video it sounds like it picks up where you left off.
