Hey may I ask how much you worked out throughout this? Or if most was gradual or...?

@kaisch15atyahoo i didn't work out much at all. not daily and not obsessively like some do. i'd get on the treadmill a few times a week for 45 minutes, play wii fit for a while, do yoga a few times a week, lift weights a few times a week. but that's pretty much it. i was really active on campus though, walking and running up a ton of stairs every day.

thanks! i'm not done.. i prob have about 10 lbs of skin on me and 15 lbs of extra fat. i have a consultation with a plastic surgeon this coming friday. then i'll find out for sure how much is skin. =)

yeah, i'm tired of being stuck. it's time to move downward again. but, it's been empowering to be stuck.. and not gain! before surgery, even while dieting, i would have gained 20 lbs in a year easily.

thank you very much!! hmmm. glasses. i got them at my local eye dr. the brand name starts with a "t".. got them a little over a year ago. but, i always advise people against getting them. i'm on my third pair right now. they have a tendency to break right down the middle. sucks!
