After playing classics such as "No Rest", "Stupid Questions", and "51st State" over and over again, their Ballads EP, with its slower tempo tunes, was a bit of a surprise. At first I wasn't keen on the songs, but after a couple of plays I began to appreciate the beauty in tunes like "Drummy B" and "Marry The Sea". An ex of mine with excellent tatse in music got me into New Model Army and they were one of our favourites. They still sound great today.
this album is amazing i always loved it along with all their other albums , i think No rest for the wicked is the peak of their performance for me its the greatest
Was wollen Sie überhaupt? Stenkern?
Rassenfeind!

This is wonderful, i never knew there was a video to this song.....
I still think this remains their best album (certainly their best produced album) & this track....well....i have always thought from the first hearing on the week of release all those years ago, that this is Rob Heaton drumming at his absolute pinnacle, stunning to listen on the album & now amazing & very moving also to watch him 'pound away.....i miss his drumming very much.....
i've seen them in a crowd of 77,000 and in a crowd of 900 and in a crowd of 300. its the same show, the same feel, the same sing-alongs, NMA shows are the best shows in rock n roll.
Excellent!I wasnt even aware this classic song had a video! And to all the prats thats that say "Wheres his teeth?" Well that missing tooth actually gives his voice its distinct timbre!!
@Braniff75 I think it's their best. No weaknesses - production is great, songs are excellent. Still sounds fresh, and quite different to any of their other records.

Great band .Saw them at Astoria last year.
Do you think a lot of bands have been influenced by this group? This song sounds verry similar to what Radiohead have later done. Or is it me?
