don,t be so bitter !,hey no,your right,i mean it was only the F.A.Cup final,and City,s best chance of ever winning it. Remember that season City were awesome almost winning the league while United only managed to avoid relegation by the skin of their teeth on the last but one game of the season !. Banks,and i hate to say it,made 3 major cock ups....that,s no bloody accident !,and have you read Pat Crearands biography where he talks about match fixing in those days !....bloody hell !!!!!!!!.

was Gordon Banks given a back hander to make 3 basic school boy errors and gift Man U. the cup !,supposed to be best keeper in world at the time !.And yes i am a Leicester City supporter....and yes backhanders went on even then.Hey don,t take my word for it,check this vid agin carefully and then watch the b.b.c. dvd of the game !.has no one ever been suspicious about this !?.

Bear in mind that keepers back then didn't wear gloves resembling baseball mitts lined with velcro. Gloves - the type you wouldn't look stupid walking the streets in - only went on when the weather dictated. Another feature that footballers used to have in common with the rest of humble humanity.
