I don't like the riders jerky and twitchy legs.. but though a nice horse and I like the music, too.

if you wil read the literature you will realize that the piaffe IS a forward movement, as is the pirouette, the the executions of both by Ravel and Peters, are classically, if not fashionably correct.

nice! even though he does hang his lower front legs, he is a powerhouse and could canter his pirouettes better, but the whole package was shock & awe.

What a shame his cater pirouettes were almost the size of a volte! The hind legs are supposed to make a circle no bigger than a dinner plate!

well you have to remember that Ravel is a big horse, the dinner plate size was developed at the spanish riding school where most of their horses are only about 15 hands

I love this pair and its great  that they won. The only thing I would like to be better is the piaffe.. isnt it a bit to much forward?
