Sounds pretty awesome in total, but I do agree with some of the comments below. Her soft voice kind of collides with his 'rawness'. But too bad, can't have everything. Sounds epic!

A lot of people show some disslike to her contribution. I think they just needed to get some more time. He's pretty far for his (singing) mic wich makes him fall into the background. Rather see that otherwise.

Newton Faulkner is a great singer. This version of Teardtrops is nice, but I like his solo version better. Am listening to his album "Hand built by robots" which contains the hitsingle "Dream catch me". All great stuff.

dit is zeker een goeie versie van Teardrop alleen druipt het woordje improvisatie er wel af;) maar klinkt heeel erg goed voor iets wat ze in 20 minuten in elkaar hebben geflansd. *5/5 toppie jongens!

Newton and Stevie we're in the same studio for promotion, and got coupled together to do something in literally 20 minute's. So they studied in this (stevie learned the guitar rythem thing), and did this after meeting each other 20 minutes earlier. (PS. stevie didnt know the lyrics for the son). So, in that light, this is pretty nice :).
