  • This is what I do to get rid of the pressure like pain and knife like pains associated with SIJD, SCIATICA, DDD, and SPONDYLOLISTHESIS. You can also use a door frame and stretch to get a deeper stretch but don't over do it.

  • Yes, my lower back pain! I tried this stretch and relieved some discomfort because of my sciatica problem. Great way to stretch your muscles. Only took a couple of mintues. Thanks a lot!

  • MAN I couldnt do it! Both legs had a bad pain on the front of my hips. It was so bad it felt like my hip dislocated.... My pain is so fucking annoying and my whole body is always hurting and just overall "sore" :(

  • @seanturpin01 I hear 'ya...when I first started doing it I had the same problem as you. But don't give up ....just go as far as you can without hurting yourself, several times per day . Slowly things should improve. In any case - that's how it went for me. CHEERS!!!

  • This is very good , had sciatica for a couple of days , tried allsorts and still couldnt walk very well , tried the stretch thats on this video and could walk properly again instantly still with a bit of pain but alot less , i recommend this video highly . Thanks

  • After watching and trying 5 different videos here about sciatic stretching excercises, THIS ONE is THE ONE that helped. THANK YOU!!! It actually caused my hip and back to "pop" on each side as I did it and THAT caused the relief.

  • @14jonny14 -YES! I could not WALK for the last 2 days without excruciating pain! It still hurts some, but I am moving better and the pain is less. I cannot afford to go t the chiro, but I prefer that and excersise over Dr.'s and medication.
