  • one dislike? that kid's a dick.

  • i'll bet hes up there with knute rockne watching nd football from heaven. r.i.p montana.

  • Two Oregon footballers befriended a dying cancer patient from Newburg OR. They stayed in contact all through the last months, in fact, talking to him during a football game, as he was dying. Those guys also didn't want that story to get out, they didn't want anyone to think they did it for any other reason that the kid needed their help. Some good people running around out there....

  • Charlie didn't want the story to get out.....I can see how he wouldn't. And the thing is that he really did downplay it afterwards, didn't want to talk much about it. But what can you do, it is too great a story not to present.

  • any usc fans that hate charlie weis should

watch this. pete carrol never did anything like this.

  • i hate say this but i live in south bend and the papers said a couple months ago that his mom died to

  • Please tell me that's not true! If it is, may the Mazurkiewicz family rest in peace and may Montana and his mom be together once again. God bless their souls.

  • even though I'm not much of a fan of Charlie Weiss, I still respect him for fulfilling little Montana's wish. God Bless his soul, may he rest in peace.

  • Rest in Peace Montana

    God Country Notre Dame

  • i dont see any anti-notre dame fans commenting this... yea cause this is normal every coach lets a 10 year old dying kid call the first play of the game. Yea hes a real jerk

  • That's Charlie, thats Notra Dame. Any one who doe's not get it, go away. Patrick John FitzGerald

  • Anyone who is on Charlie Weiss' back after an uncharacteristic slow start should watch this video again. Great story, well told, courageous young man.
