  • OMG IS THAT ROY UNDERHILL?!?!?!

  • @apachedrifter no....cant be.

  • Beautiful and inspiring. I'm awaiting the delivery of my own chisel and hammer and hope to aspire to this one day. This is an art that should never be lost.

  • The U.S. has some excellent memorialists! You want to see a real monument man come to Muskogee, Okla. This man will blow your mind with his work. Beautiful hand drawn diamond tipped ethings, excellent shape carving. Can send blast with his eyes closed, pull rubber in seconds flat, there's nothing this man can't do when it comes to a monument.

  • Slow and careful with a beautiful result. Thanks for sharing.

  • WOW CLEARLY THIS GUY HASN'T HEARD OF A CHISEL HAMMER BEFORE OR ISN'T TALENTED ENOUGH TO USE ONE!!! NO OFFENCE BUT YOUR ALSO REALLY SLOW, MUST LIVE IN AMERICIA... TAKE A TRIP DOWN TO AUSTRALIA, MELBOURNE AND SEE REAL TALENT UNFOLD JUST SAYING.

  • @abeltic2

You didn't need to say anything.

  • You are fantastic. Beautiful letters. I enjoy youtubes without words as yours is.

  • Very well done. I have never seen letters done by hand look that good before. Good job...

  • What is the name of the song in beginning of video?

  • Fine art form it is, shout-out to all the letter cutters out there...

  • simply awesome!

  • Beautiful letters.

  • Mesmerising and wonderful gilding work by an expert craftsman/artist. And a nice voice there with a wee Irish song. Respect, all.

  • Beautiful.

  • I love the sound of chisel on stone! Wow it must take years of experience, beautiful!

  • the v cut is a great effect in lettering. it is not as easy as it lookes. after you get done with a letter or number you find you have to do a touch up. and the old hammer and chisel style can really work on your patience.

  • @stevenc08 You're right. I started a stonecarving class last week and its sure not as easily as it looks, my middle lines were squint, I got chips over the line and the bottom V just kept going over and bent to the left. Doahhhhhhh...

  • tell em the truth lol. you light shot blasted first then you put the v cut in.

  • I wish they had this in shop!

  • Classical / Trajan`s alphabet & roman

  • we the men.

  • Excellent Craftsmanship!

  • Super video. This is fascinating.

  • What kind of stone are you using?

  • I think that is wonderful. I do the same using sandblast but as you said it does not have the exact same effect just as I feel laser engraving is nice too but it completely loses a human touch. What type of paint do you use?

  • well done, thanks for sharing would love to see some more

  • Beautiful!!

  • Not a blow wasted.outstanding I could watch him work all day.

  • You are so right,as a fellow craftsman, all I can say is Rock On Tommy.

  • Great job, makes it look simple when it is anything but that. Lettering is still something I have to work hard at.
