this was a commercial for the new Nissan Sentra. This one though, was very rarely seen by the public. The whole catch was the he could live in his Sentra because he loved it so much.

This guy is actually an actor, i've seen him in a movie before.
Can't remember the name of the movie though.
He played a douche bag who wanted to kill like the lead role guy killed people.
I'd definitely say this is not done by amateurs, for a number of reasons.
1: The camera man actually knows how to handle a camera.
2: The parking lot is empty, and they're in NYC(?).
3: The basketball goal.
4: When the guy says yup, it's not him. The sound was added later.
