At first, those gorgeous NZ landscapes were giving me happy flashbacks to LOTR. Then Don appeared, and I was plunged firmly into Paul Kidby's imagination. I am so excited about this film! I'm delighted you were able to raise enough funds to shoot in NZ, because these stunning visuals are worth every penny. I can't wait for the next peek behind the curtain!

@Priscellie On second thought, I suppose it would be far more accurate and reasonable to say *Pratchett's* imagination, but Dan is so freaking SPOT-ON to Kidby's illustration, that's where my mind went. So here's me giving Pterry his much-deserved due, and now I'm going back to work. :D

When I originally made my Kickstarter pledge, I imagined an endearingly naive little fan film shot in someone's backyard with the neighbor's dog playing the part of the horse. This cinematic feast is not what I bargained for, sirs!
