I think I keep watching TNA because the wrestlers are so good, & Im hoping whoevers in charge will let them be great for us. It just never happens. A month or so ago Impact started with over an hour of promos. They tried starting a womens match but there was a runin b4 it started. Finally at the 1:10 mark there was a match. Im not exaggerating. And the roster is so overcrowded its ridiculous. Its bigger than WWE & WWE has 2 shows. TNA goes weeks sometimes without showing some guys...

Wrestling has pretty much went from a sport to a soap opera! Its all about backstage talk and storylines instead of just getting in the ring putting on a good match and showing who has the best in ring abilities!

The thing I noticed about TNA when I watched it the other night, was the lack of wrestling, I enjoyed the matches that did go on, but there was too much other stuff that went on instead of wrestling matches

You make some fair points. The xmas was very promo and segment heavy but to put this in context most tv show xmas specials are crap. It wasn't as bad as last years thanksgiving show. And TNA did advertise their uk tour during live RAW.

i'm a tna fan, and i agreed with everything you said. tna is dropping the ball. after the joe title win they began to have a standard quality to their impacts every week. it wasn't hit or miss like raw, it was just good. impact was a reliable show for a few months. now, i ain't got a clue what they're doing and none of it interests me. my only hope is that it ends with styles or joe as champion once again.

I am a TNA fan but you are mostly right.
I fell in love with TNA mid 2006 to the end of 2007 and I enjoyed it a lot. It was clever and funny and Sting showed he still had it.
But now it just looks too taped.
WCW Pro looked more live than IMPACT does.
I want TNA to come back but right now I feel it wont.
They need to promote Petey Williams more as his own character.

You make some fair points. The xmas was very promo and segment heavy but to put this in context most tv show xmas specials are crap. It wasn't as bad as last years thanksgiving show. And TNA did advertise their uk tour during live RAW.

TNA understands it is still building its fan base and have to show new fans who AJ, Lethal,Dutt,etc. are. They are the highest rated show on a network full of reruns. Stop crying everytime you dont get your way. They got 2 hours to get 30 over and if you ask me they doing a damn GOOD JOB. Keep up the good work TNA, keep slowly building these story lines and rating will continue to rise. I aslo heard ROH finally a TV deal. I wish them the best. SUPPORT ALL WRESTLING.

I used to hold out hope of TNA being the saviour of pro-wrestling. And defeat the evil McMahon empire. Sadly I have since realised that if TNA did beat WWE it would be a dark day for wrestling. Someone has to end the crap WWE put out. But TNA is not the company to do it. The sooner TNA get cancelled the better. Then maybe Spike will give ROH a TV deal.

i'm a tna fan, and i agreed with everything you said. tna is dropping the ball. after the joe title win they began to have a standard quality to their impacts every week. it wasn't hit or miss like raw, it was just good. impact was a reliable show for a few months. now, i ain't got a clue what they're doing and none of it interests me. my only hope is that it ends with styles or joe as champion once again.

The reason they don't do the "fake mma" thing ago is because it wouldn't make any sese. Why are you going to show training videos of Joe every freakin' month without him being in the building but once or twice? How do you build up Sting? By having Sting "fake mma" a couple of young guys? Doing it with Angle vs. Joe made 100% sense - both work kinda a "stiff" tyle where you can go "OH! Joe just kicked his heda in" or "Angle just broke his ankle".

anyone whos seen my impact reviews knows that i agree with you 100%, impact is so hard to watch these days, so many skits, so many boring backstage segments and way too few actual matches, combined with bullshit storylines, well said t slay

Watch a real sport with unplanned finishes, like boxing. It's much more exciting seeing a guy get KO'd out of absolute nowhere.

When people blame everything on Russo it is pretty ignorant because you would think everything gets approved by Jarrett and Dixie Carter before it ultimately ends up on the show, so both of them are to blame for letting this shit get on the show.
