Alberta, Canada. You can get your learners at 14. Gotta have learners for at least one year and must be minimum 16 before getting drivers license. Then right after that you can go for mc license. PLUS with a learners license you can ride a motorcycle if you are riding with another fully licensed person on either a motorcycle or car. it's pretty sweet lol
