Solution! Well it turned out to be teh power cord . I didnt use the offical one and this was the error hope this helps!

@TehPigZORZ well i got it from france and couldnt use the offical one so i got some old one from a router and then this problem came up so then i got a france to uk adapter and used the offical one i got in the box
