    2 DIET COKE? are you serious? water, Water, WATER

    3 lifting weights? no way, now you have to run Run, and.. RUN! atleast 50 min every session of workout you do, not so fast but constant.

    4 STOP COUNTING THE CALORIES they are like dinosaurs old!

    5 go to a doctor and schedule with your workout an appropriate diet.

    Stop thinking , and do it!
