Yeah you're right.The combos that include the dash and the Super Move cannot be done online or in a real match. The very first one can be done for sure. I've performed it atleast 3 times in game.I am still trying to get the Ultra in but it's kinda hard.
yeah i know that's why i said "Crumble" first. After you perform a level 2 or higher focus attack, dash forward and you can perform it. Just try grabbing someone and then immediately go into focus mode. it has about a 70% chance of hitting, depends on who you're fighting. I don't recommend this for Zangief because of his grapple. The focus attack is unblockable, and there you go.

Too bad most of these combos can't be done in matches. You can't perform 2 ex moves and then go into a normal super because it eats meter.
Skillful, but not for real matches.
