I did it :D

the best way to do it is to write it down and to repeat it for many times at night before you go to sleep, when you wake up at morning it will come direct to your mind and you can say it, just look at the words for one time and that's it

when I heard it the first time it was very very fast but now when I see the video I feel it's very slow even I can say it faster

if I talk to anybody in English and i don't know what to say then I would say it for him just to see how fast I am lol
