No, it is Fujian White Crane, shi he quan (feeding crane ) and the form is san zhan (three battles). I dont know much about W C but Tibetian W C is a "!northern" style Kung Fu and uses more long distance techniques, see the videos of Pak Hok Kuen and then youll began seeing differences... they´re both great, as is any martial art

You don't even know what you're looking at. Give me a break. Traditional martial arts come from an era where it worked or it died out because the practitioner's die out. If you lose in mma you get hugged by the other competitor. Then you get to Drink Micky's the official beer of the UFC and go get another tattoo and try on new spandex.

lol--awesome answer--and it's ironic that a guy with the name "shotokan", which is my art, would mock this art when the roots of Shotokan are in White Crane. Similar movements found in this form are in Unsu, Gojushiho-Sho, and numerous others.

Anyone who does karate when you could learn a proper martial art like kungfu needs their head testing in my opinion,i did shotokan when i was younger and believe me kungfu makes it look a complete joke.

That depends on who you learn karate from and whether or not you learn Okinawan Karate. Believe it or not, some Okinawan masters teach and retain the essence of karate.

first off, most of mma is (fighting) techniques from all styles. there is a difference between fighting and hand to hand combat. martial artist who are taught wrong get this concept mixed up and get there arss beat trying to apply a combat art (or coodination exercises) into a fighting situation

it also died out because there are too many fantasy kung fu geeks who think fighting with it looks like it does in shaw brows film. If you filter out the mystic nonsense, and just apply it to fighting...you will get good results. But to fight against a groundfighter you will need to learn ground skills for sure.
