@doctoryoinky the fuck is wrong with you man? you need to stop listening to dubstep, and start listening to Current Value and listen to the album, you need a THERAPIST
Vex'd are so fucking good, its artists like this, who brought something new to the genre with some actual depth that i appretiate. like bonobo and burial, they actualy have ideas for themselves, unlike fucking cragga and all that fucking slobber.
Beemp3 is the best and fastest way, to download any kinmd of music songs... Dont download music vfrom torrents for god's sake.. they more made for movie downloading
what is this from? its not included in the vex'd discography.. this may mean theres a bunch of wicked unheard vex'd tunes out there that i need to hear!!!
@JamieBarnes11 Nah, I'm ok, I'm poor enough as is. Besides, there are very few artists that are actually worth buying their cd's. Either way, they get nothing back, so why help the label holders? Bunch of stupid fucks.
your poor? what the heck do you think musicians are? money boxes? no! let me tell you mate, a little money is better than none when your trying to make a living
man, it's not actually fucking STEALING the artists money, it just means the artist won't gain any from the person who downloaded. And if someone's poor, and can barely support themselves, don't expect them to be able to support an artist (which probably isn't poor considering all the expensive equipment they had to buy before they could start gaining any $). Yet don't expect them to say "Hey, just cause I am poor, means I shouldn't be allowed to listen to his music". It's fucking music man!
i scavenge all my equipment and modify it for my use, you dont have to have tons of money either, just commitment and intelligence (basically music isnt the only things we do, just where most the money we do get goes). also, by all means listen to it for free, that way people are more likely to listen to a guy, but if you like it enough to download, dont you think a little support could hurt?
@CybertoothAURX yeah man definitely, I guess I failed to mention that, but I'm currently looking for a job, and today I made a conscious decision to buy my favorite author's albums (or at least my favorite albums by them) :D I'm proud of that, and if anyone wants to know which author is my #1 that I'm gonna support = Atmosphere / Slug, please listen to his music! He's the easiest way to describe the difference between rap and hip-hop imo, even if you hate rap, I'm sure you can enjoy his music :D
@VampireBaru "they get nothing back?" the artist gets 50% of all profits. And you think not paying labels is a good thing? You're confusing investor-orientated corporate major labels with small, art orientated independent labels. Without indie labels there would be no support system for non-mainstream artists.
@JamieBarnes11 maybe you need to consider the fact that not everybody can afford to buy all their music. Plus, a lot of people download albums to make sure it's worth buying before they do, and those people who can't afford to buy their music, won't buy their music, so the artist isn't getting support from them anyways, why the fuck not let those people enjoy music. It's all about the music in the end, let those who can't buy it enjoy it too.
lol that reminds me once i invited some friends to a dubstep gig and it was the first time they had heard dubstep and before coming in they had a joint.
Next thing u know all 3 of them were in a corner scared of the BASSSSSSSS!!
@unklestu Jamie Vex'd now has a solo project called Q-Do or Kuedo and he also released a solo EP under the Jamie Vex'd name a few years ago. Haven't heard too much of it, but it doesn't seem as heavy as his Vex'd material. Need to give it a listen again to make a better judgment. No idea what Roly is doing.
@Reject313 Ah. Congrats for him, but a it's a bummer he's not doing much music anymore. Any chance in hell he'd ever reform Vex'd with Jamie for another album or a one-off tour?
