Christianity was allowed only after massive fighting in which Communist Russia did not want to lose anymore men, equipment and product from Poland and it's Sea Ports. The scary voice of the narrator and the dramatic opening animation, especially the blood splashing across the screen really make an impression. What a great DOCUMENTARY film! I really like the indiscriminate use of footage of holocaust corpses as if they were victims of the stalinist regime. Very unsuggestive and not at all biased in any way. We all know real history is boring and reserved for recluse scholars not real people who need vivid images to be persuaded into a truth.

Christianity was allowed only after massive fighting in which Communist Russia did not want to lose anymore men, equipment and product from Poland and it's Sea Ports. Their was no Communism in Poland in the 17th Century (that's the 1600's) You really need an education and this truly is not the place for it. Try reading Polish history, Read English history, the Magna Carta why and how it came to be.

These territories do not have sovereignty. These territories were occupied by the Germans. The Germans have put into these quasi-state has its own puppet government. When the Germans denounced the Brest-Litovsk Treaty, they left the Russian territory. Those territories came under Russian control. You probably forgot that Poland was invaded while in Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine and occupied these territories.

Basically, they were traitors, who, together with the Poles destroyed the inhabitants of Belarus and Ukraine. These murderous criminals understand that they will have revenge on their homelands, so they hid in Poland.

Orders about the executions of prisoners of war gave Sikorsky and Piasecki. Wrote about A. Veleveysky in Gazeta Wyborcza on 23 February 1994. So many Soviet prisoners of war simply did not get to the Polish concentration camps. Poles destroyed them immediately after capture.

The USSR is the state which was formed in territory of the former Russian empire on December, 29th, 1922. My sight at the USSR positive. I lived in the USSR and I can compare the USSR to modern Russia. The authorities cared about people much better during the Soviet era than now.

@gukow1 I understand you. However, the situation in Poland is slightly different. In Poland the communist era appealing to people with empty shops, no pre-war rebuilding of Warsaw and the suppression of AK. What do you think of Stalin and Lenin?

What about pepole that worked hard to earn the large apartements in the town center before the 1940's? Did they enjoy geting sent Sybiria or shot dead for the crime of having that nice apartement?

poland wanted to create rresistance in 1939 on the east so they could be suplied from romania incase the battle of warssaw was lost in 17 september stalin army has destroyed those plans
in 1939 poland suspected war with germans and would been stupid to get them selfs involved in war with russia at same time
