Really, its not as easy as you think to get up there and do what she does. It's a lot of time, mental and physical preparation. If you think she just shows up there, mouths her lyrics and calls it a day, you are mistaken.

She was lip singing. They turned on her mike at 2:46 to make it seem like she was really singing throughout the whole song, but she only sang at the end.
