It's extremely hard to try and learn German this way lol, their grammar is so much more elegant than ours and very exact, not to mention they have like 20 different ways to say 'the.' Then there's words based on past and present tense that are hard to get right off the bat.

I've listened to this song tons of times. I just figured out what it's about, the counting to 10 is in a Boxing match when you knock your opponent on the floor, they have 10 seconds to get up. Also the lyrics are describing the fist as the Sun.

No it was originally written for as an entrance song for the boxer Wladimir Klitschko.

Thats why there are all those references to fists and pain and the counting is obviously the countout ofter a knockdown. But the management of Klitschko didnt like it on the grounds that is was ,,too hard" so it never came to be.
