Just to let you know, Hand Destruction's discarding 2 cards effect is a COST. D-World monsters have to be discarded from an EFFECT. In which for example, Graceful Charity, Draw 3, -Discard 2-.

no, they just have to be discarded, or else the dark world dealing wouldnt work with the dark world cards

No, it can ONLY work if it's discarded by a card effect. If you haven't tried WC09 yet, you'd find out that Hand Destruction doesn't work.
