  • This problem can be cured in 2 minutes. You just need a USB cable, and log into TMobile's site. When they ship phones, they do not come with the latest software. Think about it, these are made in Taiwan, and have been sitting on a shelf before you buy. Just like windows XP needs updates, so does your MDA. I have an MDA and first thing I did was update it.
