I did this before during my black belt training and in the grading too. It is not easy sparring against two or three people. That's where strategy have to come into play to survive.
Thanks twodeltas. I realised there was a "p" missing from "gripping" on the last watch before uploading ... but could not be bothered to re-render the video :-) I'll be more careful next time ;-)
Brings back memories of the bruises acquired at your excellent seminar in Kendal last month - but I don't remember you teaching us any "griping" skills...besides, I have a lifetime's experience of griping: you couldn't teach me anything new there!
