High IBM figures come out boasting about how they defeated a computer millions of times more intelligent than the accumulative intellect of the human race and the janitor gets a 2 dollar raise.

@gadominas Basically what it is, but with Windows Live Mesh and Onlive and other "cloud" services, the word is becoming overused. Also, they want to make it sound smart for potential clients ;) (aka. the government, who has lots of money to spend on complex systems like Watson, but have lots of use for Watson systems)
