This didn't tell me much about technique. You mention lots of things -- arcs, good micro, making maurauders -- but don't explain what those techniques specifically mean.
It looks to me like the reason for your victory was that your attacking forces just missed his attacking forces. That's just luck, isn't it?
and also the fortune of both all in.... bad example... if the toss did the 4 gate right.. without a bunker and scv's rapairing there's no way to stop the 4gate push. maybe a thor can help

@youngbono18 if they have immortals then it's not a 4 gate. A more common strat is either a 2 or 3 gate robo. is so marines are going to be the best counter for the immortals but you'll still want some maurauders to deal with the stalkers but the immortals should be your first priority. I prefer 3 rax (2 tech and 1 reactor) be sure to constantly pump workers and army though or you'll get beat by it
that protoss was horrible he could have easily beaten you he needed to keep a sentry at his ramp and force field it to stop your forces and then put more then when his pyl;on gets destroyed immediately rebuild it somewhere else like behind his expansion mineral line. He could ahve easily beaten you if he new what he was doing he should have went mass stalker because he can just strong arm you with alittle mico because 4 gate can make units faster then you can
your opponent didnt play the 4gate build all to well... your tactic is good to stop a 4 gate no doubt but to go anti 4 gate you first of all have to scout it.... what you wanna do as protoss if you go for a 4 gate build is: DENY Scouting! the protoss didnt wall of.... second thing.... the proxy pylon was extremely bad! he should have set it on the high ground and could have warped his units down anyways... marodeurs is the perfect counter for all warpgate units though! well played^^

1. You need alot of gas for mec (And im not prefering to hellions because stalkers owns hellions) witch means less scvs for minerals
2. It takes longer time to get up the tec you need.
3. With tanks you gotta have some tanking units to keep the enemy units on a distance for exemple the zealots.
4. With marauders you can kite very easy specialy if you have stim, and concustive shells.
