Anonymous did not bring the PSN down for weeks? They even were stating that when it happened. What happened was that PSN took itself offline to update the security of the network. Then they blamed anonymous. It's strange that anon says here that they took them down for weeks.

@yugemonz NO Sony blamed anonymous when it was actually just Sony shutting down their own network. Anonymous had attacked them a month prior to that period but only for about 3 days. So then Sony decided to update the network and it took them at least a month. I remember that cuz I have a PS3. Sony then blamed the shutdown on anonymous who would have taken the credit if they did it, but anon denied it was them.

i have a ps3 and i love it because i waited 8 nights in the cold and paid $700

it still doesnt have cross game chat nor its ever possible because sony lied about the ps3's potential.

the ps3 has many good games but none of them are good online.

anon, im with u hack the shit out of sony. ill switch over to xbox live.

after all $6 a month is cheaper than spending 30 hours a month doing installs, updates, installs, updates, download in backround, install updates.
