I got a second call from LAPD detective Ramirez. They tracked down the scilons that made the claims and he told me they made a formal retraction (recanted) all charges against me. The detective assured me there is nothing against me from the LAPD and there no problem with what I was doing that night.

You are a target and COS is trying to build up instances, so the cases will be on file. The more instances on file against you, wether you were guilty or not, the worse it will look to the judge. It will show a history of behaviour. This is a common COS tactic. They know the judge will not go through every case on file, and will only look at the number of instances.

OR it may just show a history of harrassment by COS. But I bet they will side with COS after they get paid by the cult. :(
